21 Day Detox Week 2

Continue with the same snacks...adding 1 to 2 per day as needed.

Meal 1
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 cup berries

Meal 2
2 cups raw celery or 8-10 cherry tomatoes

Meal 3
1/2 baked sweet potato
4 oz grilled chicken breast or fish
2 cups steamed spinach

Meal 4
2 cups celery or 1 bell pepper
1 tbsp natural almond butter

Meal 5
6 oz grilled chicken or fish
1 cup zucchini
1 cup asparagus
3 cups mixed green salad


I am going to being using salmon this week as my fish of choice.  Going shopping tomorrow for lots of fresh produce!!!
